Titolare del trattamento
[Nome/ragione sociale, indirizzo, email di contatto]
Cosa trattiamo
I tuoi diritti

Data controller
[Name/company, address, contact email]
What we process
- Google account: you sign in with "Sign in with Google". We only receive your email address, name and an account identifier from Google, never your password. Your email is never shown to other users and is used to enforce reports and bans.
- Audio and video: sent directly between you and the other user (peer-to-peer, encrypted with DTLS-SRTP). When a direct connection isn't possible it is relayed, still encrypted, through our relay server (TURN), which cannot see the content. We never record or store audio or video.
- Chat messages: forwarded by our server to the other user and not stored.
- IP address: used to connect you, limit abuse and enforce bans. Note: in a peer-to-peer connection the other user can technically see your IP address.
- Reports: when you report someone or are reported, we log the date, the emails and IP addresses of reporter and reported user, and the reason.
Why and on what basis
To provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and protecting users (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long
Emails and IP addresses in reports and bans are kept as long as needed for moderation, and no longer than [e.g. 90 days], unless requested by the authorities. Web server logs follow the server's standard rotation.
Cookies
We use a single technical cookie (vcs_session, 30 days) to keep you signed in. The sign-in button is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. We use no profiling cookies or tracking tools.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or object by writing to the controller, and you may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
