1. Il servizio
VideoChatStranger mette in contatto casualmente due utenti anonimi per una videochiamata e una chat di testo. Il servizio è gestito da [Titolare: nome/ragione sociale, indirizzo, P.IVA, email di contatto].
2. Età minima e account
Il servizio è riservato ai maggiori di 18 anni. Usandolo dichiari di avere almeno 18 anni. Per accedere serve un account Google; i ban si applicano all'account.
3. Comportamenti vietati
È vietato: mostrare nudità o atti sessuali; qualsiasi contenuto che coinvolga minori; molestie, minacce, contenuti d'odio o discriminatori; spam, pubblicità, truffe o link malevoli; registrare o diffondere le conversazioni senza il consenso dell'altra persona; qualsiasi attività illegale.
4. Segnalazioni e ban
Puoi segnalare un utente con il pulsante "Segnala". Gli utenti segnalati da più persone vengono esclusi automaticamente per un periodo crescente (24 ore, 7 giorni, 30 giorni). Possiamo inoltre escludere chiunque violi questi termini, anche senza preavviso.
5. Responsabilità
Le videochiamate avvengono direttamente tra gli utenti e non sono moderate in tempo reale. Ogni utente è l'unico responsabile di ciò che mostra e dice. Il servizio è fornito "così com'è", senza garanzie di disponibilità.
6. Contenuti illegali
Per segnalare contenuti illegali o abusi su minori scrivi a [email abuse]. Collaboriamo con le autorità competenti quando richiesto dalla legge.

1. The service
VideoChatStranger randomly connects two anonymous users for a video call and a text chat. The service is operated by [Operator: name/company, address, VAT no., contact email].
2. Minimum age and account
The service is for people aged 18 or older. By using it you confirm you are at least 18. A Google account is required to sign in; bans apply to the account.
3. Prohibited behaviour
You must not: show nudity or sexual acts; share any content involving minors; harass, threaten or post hateful or discriminatory content; spam, advertise, scam or share malicious links; record or share conversations without the other person's consent; do anything illegal.
4. Reports and bans
You can report a user with the "Report" button. Users reported by several people are automatically excluded for an increasing period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days). We may also exclude anyone who breaks these terms, without notice.
5. Liability
Video calls take place directly between users and are not moderated in real time. Each user is solely responsible for what they show and say. The service is provided "as is", without any availability guarantee.
6. Illegal content
To report illegal content or child abuse, write to [abuse email]. We cooperate with the competent authorities as required by law.
